| All products sold by Mercury Networks, Inc. have a
manufacturers return to depot warranty. Mercury Networks will provide
support in returning the product to the manufacturer to obtain a
replacement.
Technical support is available 24 hours per day. The persons listed in
the Contacts section above are fully qualified to provide support on all
products sold by Mercury Networks.
When a support call is received, the procedure to handle the call will
be as follows:
1) The support contact will determine if the
problem can be fixed of if it is a hardware problem;
2) The
support contact will decide if an RMA is required;
3) The
support contact will provide technical support via modem or the Internet
if possible;
4) The support contact will provide additional
information, access to Internet URLs or additional source to contact via
telephone.
RMA Procedures
If a question arises or there is a failure, the customer should contact
the Mercury Networks, Inc. office via telephone at 281-282-9261. This
number is answered 8-5 M-F. After 5 PM, in an emergency, the persons
listed in the Contacts section above may be contacted.
An RMA number will be issued and instructions given on how to ship the
product if a replacement is required. Technical questions will be answered
or the customer will be referred to the appropriate manufacturer or
Internet site required.
Once an RMA number is received, it will tracked by computer to
determine its status. To determine the status of an RMA, please call
